HP Pavilion tx2000 Series
It looks like HP has the follow-up of the tx1000 series ready. Shown here is the HP Pavilion tx2020eo, but I have the feeling the "eo" indicates it's not meant for the U.S. market.
What I find very useful is the addition of a FireWire (IEEE 1394) port. I would love to have that on my current tx1220us. It can also use an 8-cell battery, which is a slight improvement on the 6-cell maximum on the previous series.

What's odd is that HP doesn't mention FireWire in the specifications for the U.S. version of the tablet, but the page for the tx2020eo does.

That must be expensive. But I feel like getting one. I just don't get the difference between an HP Pavillion and an HP Compaq Presario.
