The World Waits for iPhone. I Wait for My Notebook

I'm just not crazy over the iPhone, and that's all I have to say about that.

My new tx1000z notebook has been shipped from Shanghai, China today. Of all places, I didn't think it was going to come from half-way around the world.

It just left the Anchorage, Alaska FedEx location on its way to a stopover, but I hope it would just go directly to Arizona. FedEx's tracker doesn't say where it's bound after Alaska.

On a related note, I also ordered an HP Laser Mini Mouse, and got it ahead of time on Wednesday. I've been using it for this laptop (not mine) for a few days, but it gave me a scare two nights ago when I dropped the fragile-looking USB receiver. It didn't work after that, but all was back in order when I removed the battery from the mouse and placed it back in and gave it a little shake.
